Refund policy

RETURNS 

Thank you for shopping with us! If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to sort it. Submit your return by contacting us at info@bygracecampbell.com or through the contact page with your order number and details so we can help.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be new, unopened, and in original packaging with all seals intact.

  • Photos of the item are required before we can approve a return.


Damaged Deliveries

On the rare occasion your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
To process a replacement or refund, we’ll need:

  • A photo of the damaged item

  • A photo of the item inside the shipping box

  • A photo of the full shipping box

These are required by our carriers for insurance claims.


Missing Packages or Items

If your package is missing or incomplete, let us know within 5 business days of the delivery date. Please include a photo of the shipping box so we can investigate with the carrier. We’ll either locate your order or arrange the best resolution.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the return.

  • Shipping costs and return labels are non-refundable.
