Thank you for shopping with us! If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to sort it. Submit your return by contacting us at info@bygracecampbell.com or through the contact page with your order number and details so we can help.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be new, unopened, and in original packaging with all seals intact.
Photos of the item are required before we can approve a return.
On the rare occasion your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
To process a replacement or refund, we’ll need:
A photo of the damaged item
A photo of the item inside the shipping box
A photo of the full shipping box
These are required by our carriers for insurance claims.
If your package is missing or incomplete, let us know within 5 business days of the delivery date. Please include a photo of the shipping box so we can investigate with the carrier. We’ll either locate your order or arrange the best resolution.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the return.
Shipping costs and return labels are non-refundable.
